Hailing from the Windy City (west side K-Town), his mission is to make timeless music that will be remembered like the hits of the greats.  Illi Cold's musical influences stem stem from as far back as the tribal and archaic beats of his African ancestors as well as the music and swing of the 20's and 30's with the compositions of Calloway.  The music of the 60's to the present have also had great influence on this great artist.
